By downloading, installing, or using Rostories App ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Rostories App is a mobile application featuring mystery riddles (Rostories App) that users solve through yes-or-no questions. The App is available on a freemium basis with optional in-app purchases and subscriptions.

3. Age Requirement

Rostories App is recommended for users aged 16 and older. The App contains themes of mystery, suspense, and fictional scenarios involving crime or death. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old or have parental consent.

All content in Rostories App, including but not limited to graphics, logos, riddles, solutions, and the "Rostories App" brand, is the property of Rostories App and protected by copyright laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content without our written permission.

6. User Submissions

If you submit a Rostory suggestion to us (via email or other means), you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, publish, and distribute your submission. We may publish your submission in the App and will provide credit to the original contributor where appropriate.

7. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Rostories App offers optional in-app purchases and subscriptions. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. We do not offer refunds directly; refund requests must be directed to Apple.

Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase.

8. Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a 'terrorist supporting' country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pforzheim, Germany.
